Talk Yoga™ Training for Classroom Teachers
This training is for preschool teachers, elementary school teachers, day-care providers, and teachers who work with neuro-diverse students.
"Talk-yoga has been an amazing program for my preschool! I have mixed ages of kids from 2 all the way to 5 years old. This program reaches every one of them. They love to move their bodies to the poses while expressing themselves verbally. They love to work on the fun breathing techniques. Talk yoga works directly with what I am teaching the kids for academics as well as social and emotional learning. I am so glad we participated! I feel so inspired as I watch Ms. Amy work with the kids. I am definitely excited to continue to integrate yoga into my preschool curriculum."
