Chloe attended James Madison University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a concentration in Public Health Education and a Minor in Medical Spanish. She received her second Bachelor's degree from Utah State University in Communication Disorders and Deaf Studies. She provided speech and language therapy to Pre-K through 5th grade students in West Virginia as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for several years. During this time, she attended Western Kentucky University online and received her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2019. 

After graduation, Chloe provided speech and language therapy to elementary aged students in both Carroll County and Frederick County Public Schools. She recently worked with children and young adults of varying ages (15 months to 19 years old) at MOCO Movement Center in Kensington, Maryland, for over one year. Currently, she works full-time at the Frederick SLP & OT in Frederick, MD. Chloe works part-time as an Independent Contractor at MOCO Movement Center and Beautiful Begininngs Child Development Services. Chloe has licenses to practice in Maryland and West Virginia. She has experience incorporating DIR Floortime, yoga, music and movement into therapy sessions. She is certified in performing Beckman Oral Motor and Simon Says orofacial myofunctional assessments and interventions. She is also a certified Talk Yoga™ provider. Chloe has additional training in helping her clients use AAC to functionally communicate their needs and ideas. She is passionate about providing early intervention services to children and their caregivers.
