Hi! I'm Alicia Earl, owner of Speech For Yourself, LLC. My small private speech therapy telepractice is based in Duluth, GA. I have been an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist for 8 years now. My bachelors degree is from the University of Mississippi (MS native!) and my masters degrees are from Valdosta State University. One masters degree is in Special Education and the other is in Communication Disorders.
During my years of experience in private and public school systems, private clinics, and even adult rehab, I developed a passion for working with children with expressive and receptive language disorders. Also, while in the public school system, I noticed the dire need for reading support for students. So, I decided to do something about it! I have taken additional training to provide language and literacy services to children. I love working with children ages 3-18. I have lots of experience with middle schoolers!
As of now, my practice is solely teletherapy. Don't worry, I have all the tools and resources to make the therapy as effective as in person therapy. I look forward to meeting you soon!
